I’ve always been driven by a desire to improve how things work—whether in business, systems, or people. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Technology from Pittsburg State University, I started my career in the commercial printing industry, helping multi-location retail chains implement SaaS solutions and creating data-driven marketing campaigns for telecom companies rolling out DSL services.
In my mid-twenties, I joined a start-up GIS firm, where I helped lead a national expansion that delivered regulatory compliance services to the oil and gas sector. Over fourteen years, I guided that company from a small start-up to an industry leader.
By 2016, I redirected my focus to real estate, earning my Florida real estate license and quickly realizing that my real strengths were in investing and capital formation. I began raising private funds for single-family redevelopment projects, completing dozens of successful exits and building a portfolio of rental properties. As my network grew, so did the scale of opportunity—eventually evolving into multifamily partnerships representing more than $26 million in assets under management and $9 million in equity under management (and growing).
Today, I also serve as Vice President of Petros Investment Management, LLC, a hedge fund operating a Commodity Pool Offering (CPO) focused on Bitcoin and other alternative asset investing.
